The Lehigh Valley Phantoms (30-32-4-3) have won three games in a row and are looking for the clean sweep this weekend in Newfoundland, Canada against the St. John's IceCaps (29-31-8-3).

Tonight's match up begins at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. On the league's schedule, it says 7:30 NDT but that is Newfoundland time which is 90 minutes ahead of those in the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia area on the east coast of the United States.

Last night, the Phantoms got ahead early and never looked back in a decisive 4-1 win over the IceCaps. Taylor Leier, Adam Comrie, Robert Hagg and Steven Swavely tallied goals for Lehigh Valley in the win while Martin Ouellette stopped 27 of the 28 shots he faced for his third straight win.

For live on-the-scene coverage tonight, Charles Dart covers the IceCaps and will be in St. John's with updates. I'll be following via AHL Live with full coverage from Highland Park Hockey HQ. Full recap of the action here online after the game.
