Will O'Neill Suspended One Game

The American Hockey League (AHL) announced this afternoon that Lehigh Valley Phantoms defenseman Will O'Neill has been suspended for one game as a result of his actions following Monday night's game against the Hershey Bears.

O'Neill was assessed a match penalty under rule 46-15 for punching an unsuspecting player. The incident occurred after regulation expired and the two teams were heading off the ice.

O'Neill will miss Wednesday's game (12/28) against the Rochester Americans.
