The Pittsburgh Penguins announced this evening the recall of defensemen Brian Strait and Simon Despres from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL).
The AHL Penguins are off until Friday so hopefully the banged up defensemen in Pittsburgh will be back in the lineup sometime this week. Pittsburgh plays the Islanders tomorrow night.
WBS practices tomorrow so hopefully the next update will be an exclusive practice update from the Coal Street Rink.
