Monday's WBS Practice UPDATE 11/12

Monday, November 12, 2012

The Penguins were back at it this morning at the Coal Street Rink in Wilkes-Barre.

Missing from practice was Zach Sill (hand). He's not expected back until next month.

Jayson Megna skated with the team today but in a red no-contact jersey. He left the ice about halfway through the Penguins practice session. His status for Wednesday night's game is questionable.

With Megna's lower body injury preventing him from fully participating in practice, nobody was re-assigned to Wheeling as of noon. Possible candidates including Tom Kuhnhackl, Dominik Uher and Bobby Farnham all practiced today.

Keven Veilleux practiced with the Penguins after a brief conditioning stint with the ECHL's Wheeling Nailers. He practiced in full and should be ready for Wednesday night to make his long anticipated season debut.

The Penguins practice again tomorrow before welcoming former captain Ryan Craig and the Springfield Falcons on Wednesday night. I'll be at practice again tomorrow for all the latest.
