Eastern Conference Quarterfinal Series Game Two Preview: WBS Pens vs. BSens

Sunday, April 28, 2013

The Penguins look to take a commanding 2-0 series lead in the best-of-five tonight in Binghamton. Puck drop is scheduled for 5:05 p.m. EDT.

Last night in Game One, the Penguins jumped out to a 2-0 lead and were dominant in the first period. The BSens battled back in the second and third to tie the game at 2, but Chad Kolarik continues to score big goals and beat Nathan Lawson 8:18 into OT to give the Penguins the 3-2 win and 1-0 series lead.

I'll have in-game updates every step of the way tonight on Twitter: @H_P_Hockey.

Binghamton played real well in the 2nd. We can do a better job nullifying that but in general I like the way we pushed back when the momentum went in their favor. We bent but didn't break.
