Expected Starting Goaltenders

WBS - Jeff Deslauriers (5-0-1, 2.47 GAA, .901 SV%, 0 SO)
NOR - John Gibson (2-1-2, 1.53 GAA, .952 SV%, 1 SO)

For the Admirals

The Admirals are coming off a 3-0 shutout of the Adirondack Phantoms last night up in Glens Falls. While the Penguins had to travel roughly 90 minutes back to Wilkes-Barre overnight, the Admirals had a nearly 250 mile trek overnight to get in town for tonight's game. The Admirals might be a bit sluggish to start tonight.

Former Pens defenseman Alex Grant returns to Wilkes-Barre wearing the opponent's jersey for the first time since Grant was traded by the Pens to the Anaheim Ducks organization this off season for forward Harry Zolnierczyk.

Expected lines for the Admirals:

Antoine Laganiere - Charles Sarault - Zack Stortini
Joseph Cramarossa - Chris Wagner - Jamie MacQueen
John Kurtz - Rickard Rakell - Steven Whitney
Maxime Sauve - Peter Holland - Max Friberg

Kevin Gagne - Mat Clark
Nolan Yonkman - Garnet Exelby
Ryan Parent - Alex Grant

For The Penguins

After a loss, you can expect a lineup change or two for tonight. Maybe Reid McNeill enters on the blueline for Nick D'Agostino or Mike Carman takes a spot away from someone on the 4th line. Other than that, nothing to get too panicky over.

Expect the five players who came out to practice after the main session was over Thursday will not be playing tonight: goaltender Eric Hartzell, defensemen Harrison Ruopp and Peter Merth and forwards Tom Kostopoulos and Anton Zlobin.

Expect one of Bobby Farnham, Mike Carman or Pierre-Luc Leblond to be the healthy forward scratch. On defense, either Reid McNeill or Nick D'Agostino will be the odd man out on the blue line.

Expected lines for Pens

Harry Zolnierczyk - Brian Gibbons - Chris Conner
Tom Kuhnhackl - Andrew Ebbett - Adam Payerl
Dominik Uher - Nick Drazenovic - Paul Thompson
Pierre-Luc Leblond - Zach Sill - Bobby Farnham/Mike Carman

Simon Despres - Philip Samuelsson
Scott Harrington - Brendan Mikkelson
Brian Dumoulin - Nick D'Agostino/Reid McNeill
