The Lehigh Valley Phantoms (22-23-2-1) will look to get back on track as they kick off a lengthy home stand at the PPL Center tonight when they host the Binghamton Senators (17-26-3-0). After a five-game win streak heading into the AHL All-Star break had fans optimistic about the team's chances to sneak into the playoffs, back to back losses last weekend have Lehigh Valley right back to where they were a month ago - down, but not out.

The Phantoms haven't been particularly great against the lowly Senators this season. In fact, the BSens are 4-2 against the Phantoms in six meetings this season. The last meeting between these two teams went the Phantoms way in a big night for Colin McDonald, who tallied five points (three goals, two assists) in a 6-3 win over the BSens at PPL Center back on January 27th.

Lehigh Valley Phantoms

Roster Notes

Jason LaBarbera is expected to get the start in net tonight for the Phantoms, with Martin Ouellette serving as the backup. Anthony Stolarz is still with the Philadelphia Flyers.

Christian Marti was the healthy scratch on defense in the team's last game, as he Robert Hagg and Maxim Lamarche have been rotating as the 7th defenseman in Lehigh Valley's 11 forward/seven defensemen lineup.

It's possible that the Phantoms will dress their first normal (12 forwards, six defensemen) lineup since January 10th's game against these same Binghamton Senators. It's been 11F/7D for Lehigh Valley the last nine games.

Expected Scratches: Christian Marti (healthy), Kevin Sundher (lower body since 12/27), Michael Parks (upper body since 10/17), Petr Straka (lower body), Tim Brent (hand/wrist surgery), Jay Rosehill (undisclosed) and Logan Pyett (out indefinitely)
