The Philadelphia Flyers announced their rookie camp roster on Friday.
The three-day camp begins on Monday, September 19th at the Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees, New Jersey and ends with a scrimmage against the New York Islanders rookie camp at the Northwell Health Ice Center in East Meadow, New York on Wednesday evening.
On the 21-man roster are a total of 10 players that could play for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms this fall - goaltender Alex Lyon, defensemen Sam Morin, Travis Sanheim and Reece Willcox and forwards Nicholas Aube-Kubel, Roman Lyubimov, Radel Fazleev, Tyrell Goulbourne, Danick Martel and Steven Swavely.

Cole Bardreau (Abdominal surgery) Out Four Weeks
The bad luck continues for forward Cole Bardreau, as GM Ron Hextall said Bardreau had abdominal surgery just before Labor Day and will be looking at a return in mid-October - meaning he will not only miss the rookie camp but also main training camp, the NHL and AHL preseason and the opening regular season games for the Phantoms this fall.
Those close to Bardreau say he's coming along really well, which is at least some positive news given the situation.
I wrote about Bardreau's up and down rookie season back in May which was marred by injuries early and often in 2015-16 season. Unfortunately for Bardreau, he's already had his fair share of injury setbacks dating back to his collegiate days at Cornell where he suffered broken vertebrae in his neck following a gold medal performance with Team USA in the World Junior Championships.
