Munroe will need to keep his crease clear tonight against Portland.
Facing three straight games this weekend, starting tonight at 7:05 p.m. EST in Portland, the WBS Penguins will have to play fundamental road hockey and stick to the system if they want to continue their early road success.

Expect Scott Munroe and Curtis McElhinney to start in net tonight for their respective teams. For the Penguins, the lineup gets a boost with the return of Eric Tangradi from the NHL Penguins. Tangradi was a point per game player in October, notching five goals and four assists in nine games.

For the Pirates, rookie center Andy Miele leads the team in all offensive categories, with five goals and eight assists in nine games. Former WBS Penguins Marc Antoine Pouliot is now on the Portland Pirates and has seven points (3G, 4A) through his first nine games.

By the numbers:
WBS Penguins: 15 games played, 10-3-1-1, 22 points - First Place East Division
Portland Pirates: 14 games played, 6-7-0-1, 13 points - Fifth Place Atlantic Division

Starting goaltenders:
WBS: Scott Munroe - 3 games played (1-1-1), 1.82 GAA, .928 SV%
Portland: Curtis McElhinney - 9 games played (2-6), 3.82 GAA, .884 SV%
