Goaltenders Matt Murray and Tristian Jarry and forward Matia Marcantuoni were sent back to their respective junior teams.
Forwards Paul Thompson, Tom Kostopoulos, Brian Gibbons & Dominik Uher and defensemen Clark Seymour, Reid McNeill, Nick D'Agostino were sent to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
Also, tryout forward Jean-Sebastien Dea was signed to a three year NHL entry level contract that will begin next season when he turns pro. Dea also was re-assigned by his new team back to juniors as well. I spoke with Dea this morning and here's what he had to say about signing with the Penguins:
