The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins host the Hershey Bears tonight, the Pens' first home game of the 2013-14 season. They will then travel up to Syracuse, New York for a game against Joey Mormina and the Syracuse Crunch.
Here's some quick notes about the roster heading into this weekend's games:
- Bobby Farnham skated in a regular practice jersey Friday and is ready to return to the lineup. Where he fits into this lineup remains to be seen. There are 15 healthy forwards on the roster right now.

Leblond - Sill - Uher
Farnham - Carman - Thompson
- Peter Mannino is in town and with the team and will probably back up Jeff Deslauriers in the home opener tonight.
- On defense, Brian Dumoulin is ready to return to the lineup and the blue line looks pretty solid heading into the weekend:

Harrington - Mikkelson
